<br />Minutes oE the Regular Meeting <br />June 20, 1960 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular meeting at the Town <br />Hall at 8:00 P. NI., Mayor Endress presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present,- Messrs Zorn, Wedler,Bennett, Brown, Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Absent - None. <br />The Minutes of the Regular meeting of May 16, 1960, were then.read to <br />Council. It was moved by Nlrs. Brown, seconded by T3r. Grootegoed, that the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call : Ayes - Nlessrs. Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. - <br />Motion carried <br />• Niinutes approved <br />Mayor Endress then brought up the subject.of Ridgebury Boulevard and said <br />some of the municipalities were passing a motion recommending that the County <br />re-surface Ridgebury Boulevard on a 25%-75% basis and thought that this would <br />be,a very good thing. This would amount to,about $3e69 per front f oot f or half <br />width and would include 2% and intersections. There was considerable discussion <br />in Council on this matter. Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced <br />Resolution No. 474 entitled: "A Resolution Requesting the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cuyahoga County to Pave that Portion of Ridgebury Boulevard <br />in the Village of Mayf ield and to Assume 75% of the Cost,Thereof," which .: _ <br />resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by ti1r. Grootegoed, seconded by Mrs. Brown, that the r.ules <br />o€ law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be <br />suspended. . <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed &:Belzer, <br />Nays - None. . . <br />, Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended : <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mrs Wedler, that,Resolution <br />No. 474 be approved and passed as read. _ <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - Nonee , <br />AZoti:on carried <br />Resolution Passed, <br />1.
