It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, that Resolution No. 475 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - yiessrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brocan,Grootegoed & Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried Resolution Passed There was then filed the Certif icate of the Clerk pursuant to Resolution No, 475. It was moved by Mr. Gledler, seconded by Mre Belzer, that the said certificate be received, filed and approved. Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Ordinance Noo 706 entitled: "An Emergency Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of Special Assessment Bonds in Anticipation of the Collection of Special Assessments for the improvement by Grading, Ditching, and Paving with Asphaltic Materials, of Seneca Road from SOM Center Road in an Easterly Direction to the Westerly Line of Beech Hill Road, of Glenview Road in an Easterly Directzon to the Westerly Line of Beech Hill Road, and of Bonnieview Road from SOM Center Rodd in an Easterly Direction to the Westerly line of Beech Hill Road," which ordinance was read to Council. I-t was moved by Mr. Grootegoed, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. ' .
