It was moved bg Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, that Resolution <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Zaedler,Bennett, Brown, Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolutzon Passed <br />Mr. Grootegoed, reporting f or the Safety Committee, said that they had <br />discussed the disposal ordinance, but were still study.ing the matter. <br />Mrs. Brown, reporting for the firchitectural Board, said that they had met <br />and approved plans for 10 new homes. Mrs. Brown also reported that she had no <br />request from the recreational commitiee for money and could not aslc Council <br />for any, <br />Nirs. Brown then asked if it would not be a good idea to have a pay phone <br />in the Town Hall. Mr. Zorn was aslced to look into the matter and see what it <br />would cost. As this was a matter for the Building.Committee, it was turned <br />over to Mr. Benne-tt. Mr. Wieland was asked about the pumping'station for the Thornapple <br />extension and said that it had not been connected yet, unless it had been done <br />within the last couple of days. <br />Mr. Zorn, reporting f or the Finance Committee, said that his committee <br />recommended the purchase of another police car and the transfer of -the present <br />1959'car to the Service Department, with appropriate lettering on the doorse <br />Mr. Zorn also recommended that Council consider the renewal of our operating • <br />levya Mayor Endress said that Council could discuss this at our budget meeting. <br />The Pinance Comr?littee having approved the pay ordinance,.it was moved <br />by Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Pay Ordinance No. 442-P be approved <br />and passed as read. Roll Ca11: Ayes - Nlessrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer, <br />Nays - Nonee <br />Motion carried <br />. Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Edelman then reported that the amount of.Bonds to be sold for the <br />paving of Seneca, Glenview and Bonnieview Roads was $31,750.00e <br />Nlrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed,, then introduced Resolution Noo <br />475 entitied: "A Resolution Requesting the Certification of the Fiscal Officer <br />of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio," which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules of law <br />reqairing a resolution to be read on three separateoccasions be suspended, <br />4.
