Mr. Peterson then seported that he had made a thorough examination of <br />14etro Park Drive with the Committee, that some of the ditches needed fixing, <br />and that it was impossible due to the weather to get good berms. Mr. Peterson <br />felt that the road should not?be accepted until these things were Lalcen care of <br />and that another report would be made at the next meeting. <br />riayor Endress then reported that he had a new coPS= of the ordinance to <br />be adopted on the Sanitary Secaer system covering the North End of our Village, <br />that he had showed the plans to Council at a previous meeting. These were <br />again looked over and discussed by Council. This-resolution, covering the plans <br />and specifications and construction of a sewer, was read to Council. Council <br />then asked that the section covering construction and cost of plans be'stricken <br />from the ordinance. - ' <br />Mr. WedZer, seconded by Mrse Brown, then introduced Resolution No.'474-A <br />entitled; "A Resolution Requesting and Authorizing the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cuyahoga County Ohio to Prepare Plans, Specifications; Estimates <br />of Cost f or Sanitary Sewers and Facilities in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio," <br />which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mrsm Brown, seconded by Nira Grootegoed, that zhe rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be'suspendedm <br />Roll Call: Ayes -Messrs Zorn,Taedler, Bennett, Brown, Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion ca'rried <br />Rules suspended. <br />Tt was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Nir. Grootegoed, that Resolution <br />No: 474-A be approved and passed as read. " <br />Roll Ca11s Ayes - Niessrs Zorn,Wedler,l3ennett,Brown,Grootegoed ix Belzer. <br />Nays- Nonea ASotion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />NIrm Wieland then reported that he had rented a roller to patch roads <br />and it looked as though the rental cost would equal the purchase price before <br />he was finished f ixing up the roads. Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mrso Brown, then <br />introduced a resolution to purchase a roller from the Street Maintenance Fund, <br />it being understood that the rental would apply on the purchase price, which <br />resolution was read -to -Council, <br />- It was moved by rSr. Zorn, seconded by.Mr. Belzer, that the rules of law <br />requiring a resolution to be read_on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - riessrs Zorn,iaedler, Bennett, Brown, Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None.
