<br />Minutes of Regular rfeeting <br />October 16, 1960 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular meeting at the <br />Town Ha11 at 8:00 P. M., Mayor Endress presiding, <br />Roll Call: Present_- Messrs Wedler,Bennett, Brown, Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Absent - Mr. Zorn. . . <br />The Village Engineer was also present. <br />The Minutes o£ the Regular Meeting of September 14, 1960 were then read <br />to Council. It was moved by A1rs. Broean, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the Minutes <br />of the regular meeting be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - riessrs Wedler, Bennett, Brown, Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Niinutes approved <br />riayor Endress then called the attention of Conncil to the fact that, <br />due to an emergency, he had authorized the Agresta people to extend a..sewer stub <br />from the.new Wilson Nlills Road to Laorton Park Drive. The ria,yor explained that, <br />while they had the road open,.it was necessary to make a decision at once and <br />he had given these people the go ahead sign. Council agreed that this was the <br />thing,to do and asked that the bill be added to the pay ordinance, to be passed <br />in the regular manner. <br />Mayor Endress then asked the Safety Committee for a report on the <br />Tncinerator Ordinance iohich they had be2n studying. Mr. Grootegoed said that <br />his Committee had gone over the specifications very carefully and approved the <br />ordinance as presented to them. <br />Mr. Belzer, seconded by,Mr. Wedler, then introduced Ordinance No. 715 <br />entitled: "An_Ordinance Requiring the Installation of Garbage Disposers or <br />Incinerators in All New Homes and Buildings Hereafter Constructed Within the <br />Villa.ge of Mayf ield, Ohio," which Ordinance was read to Council. This ordinance <br />was then placed apon its f irst reading. <br />Mr. Edelman then read a letter from ivir. Porter, the County Engineer, <br />together with an attached ordinan.ce, asking_f or permission to clear snow and <br />ice from county roads. Mr. Edelman called attention to the f act that Ridgebury <br />Boulevard was missing from the ordinancea . . <br />Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, then introduced Ordinance No. <br />716, entitled: "An Ordinance Giving the Consent of the Village of Mayf ield to <br />the Removal of Snow and Ice from Certain Roads within the Village", which <br />ordinance was read to Council. Mrs. Broton asked that Ridgebury Boulevard be <br />included in this ordinanceo <br />1.
