11 <br />Mr. Falk said that one thing he did not like on this report was the <br />reference to a gambling wheel. . . <br />Mr. Edelman reported that he had a check from The Lawyers Title and <br />Insurance Corporation to settle an assessment on Bonnieview Road, <br />Mr. Belzer,' seconded by Mr. Zorn, then intr.oduced Resolution No. 486, <br />entitled: "A Resolution to Cancel the Installments of Water Main Assessments <br />for Certain Years on Parcel 831-38-58 on Bonnieview Road", which resolution was <br />_read to Council. . <br />1: It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, that the law <br />requiring.a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzera <br />Navs - None. . . <br />Motion carried <br />Rules suspended <br /> <br /> <br />It was moved by Mrse Brown, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that Resolution <br />No. 486 be:approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,.Bennett,Brown,Grootego.ed & Belzer. <br />. Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution passed <br />Mr. Ede.lman rep.orted that at the last meeting he liad been given an <br />ordinance on the Society for the Blind and that he could see nothing wrong <br />with this ordinance. Mrs. Brown then asked if some one came to you-r door and <br />mis-represented themselves as being from the Society f or the Blind, what do <br />you do. Mrs. Brown said that this.had happened to her. <br />. Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr. Wedler, then introduced Ordinance No. 722 <br />entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Sale.of Goods Represented to be <br />Products of.Blind Workers" , which ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seco.nded by Mro Grootegoed, that the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be <br />,suspended. . . . <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />. . .
