Mra Peterson reported that he had been asked to check a mal-odorous condition on Beech Hill and that Mr. Puzinski said that such a condition had existed but had been cleared up. r1r. Edelman then reported that our Mutual Aid Contracts with the Police had run out. Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mr. Zorn, then introduced Ordinance No. 727 entitled: "An Ordinance Providing f or an Agreement or Agreements with the City of Mayf ield Heights, and the Villages of Highland Heights,. Gates Mills and Willoughby Hills f or Mutual Police Protection", which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, that the rules of law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspendede ?
