Mr. Grootegoed said that there was nothing to report from the Sa£ety <br />and Service Committee. <br />Mr. Wedler, reporting for the planning and Zoning Commission, said that <br />theq had met on March 13, 1961, and studied Mr. Raplants plans for Aintree Park. <br />Mr. Wedler said that there were several suggestions £or improvemenfi made at <br />this time; that he should have inside parking and one garage f or each bedroom. <br />Mr. Wedler said that there was another meeting set up fox tonight; that they <br />were also supposed to get a letter f rom Mr. Peterson before Council could take <br />any action. Mr.,Wed1Gr said t,hat they had a short meeting bef ore Council, at <br />which fii.me Mr. Havener presented his deed bearing restrictions and that the <br />Committee recommended that this be tarned over to our Solicitor f os study <br />to be considered again at the next meeting.
