Minutes of the Regular Meeting ' <br />May 15, 1961 ' <br />? <br /> <br />.The?Council of.the Village of Mayffeld met itt regular meeting at the <br />Town Hall at 8:00 P. M., Mayor Endress psesidinge- <br />Ro11 Call: Present - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,BennettsBrocan and Belzer, <br />also Mro Petersons ,Engineer. <br />Absent - Mr• 'Grootegoed. ` <br />The Minntes of the Regular Meeting of April 17, 1961' were then read to <br />Conncil. It was moved by Mr. Wedlers seconded by Mrs. Browng that the Minutes <br />of the regular meeting be approved and passed as reado <br />,., . <br />Roll Calla Ayes - Messss Zortat Wedlers Bennettv Brown and Belzer. <br />, Nays - None. <br />_ ` Motion carried <br />' Mirzutes approved Mayox Endress then asked for`reports`from the,Committeesm Mrs. Brown, <br />reporting for the Architectural Board, said that they had approved 3 houses <br />in Kenwood, 3 additions and the plans for the store building. Mrs. Brown said <br />that they had indicated that they did not know when they wouald go ahead with <br />the store. Mrs. Brown then spoke of the recreational program for this year <br />and said that the women of the Community Club had offered-to take over this <br />program and asked.that she br'ing it before Council. ' <br />Mayor Endress said that he hoped that Council would see fit to make <br />the eame contribution as in`the past: Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr.,r- . Belzer, then <br />introduced_a.resolution that Council contribute thesum of $;60.00 to the <br />Commnnity Club for the operation of a summer recreational program in lieu of <br />making this contribution to an individuale <br />Ro11,_Callo Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler, Bennett9 Brown, and Belzer. <br />Nays - None. . <br />Motion carried <br />? Resolution Passed , <br />1.Mr..Zornn reporting for the Finarace Cammittee9 said that hehad f ound-.: <br />all bills correct and the,pay ordinance in order. It was then moved by Mre,Zorn, <br />seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Pay Ordinance.Noe 453-P be approved and passed.as read. _ • , _ <br />, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorna Wedler, Bennett, Brown and Belzer'. <br />Nays - None._ . , - <br />Motion carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed. <br />t <br />1.
