Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Belzes, then introduced Resolution No. 496 entitled: •'A Resolution to Cancel the Installments of Pavfng Assessments for Certain Years on Parcel No. 831-48-56 on Bonnievi:ew •- Road*' which Resolution was read to Council, - It was moved,by Mr. Belzer, secotaded by Mr. Wed.ler, that the rules o£ law requiring a Resctlution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
