On a question about the paving, Mr. Peterson read a letter with <br />reference to this and said that they had held back enough money to fix the pavement; <br />that the coratractor had failed to live up to 4is 'contract and the bonding company <br />would have to stand atry additional expense if there was not enough money to <br />rectify this matter. <br />? <br />Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mrs. Brown, then introduced Resolution No. 497 <br />entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Sewer and Water Main Plans for Kenwood <br />Gardens Subdivision No. 2 B", which resolution was read to Council. <br />.It was moved by Mro Zorn, seconded by Mrs. Brown, that the rnles of law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />5.
