Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mrs. Brown, then introduced Resolution No. 510 <br />entitledt "A Resolution Granting A Special Perinit to Pat LeConte to Use <br />Certain Premises for the Operation of a Golf Course", which resolution was <br />read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />' Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brocan, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, that Resolution <br />No. 510 be 'approved and passed as read. <br />Roll call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brotqn,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nay s - No ne . <br />' Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mayor Endress then talked with Couneil'on the preliminary steps for a <br />Master Plan for the Village b"y the Regional Planning Commission. Mayor Ettdress <br />said that he had attended 'a meeting last Tuesday and read a letter f rom the <br />Regional Planning Commission. Nlayor Endress then diecussed the possibility <br />of obtaining a Federal grant to help with the expense of this plan. He said <br />that he had-the necessary forms f or applying f or a two-thirds grant; that <br />they are requiring 5% of the estimated cost oF this plan with the application <br />and said that he would like to apply f or these funds; that we should take <br />steps to freeze re-zoning or any other'use that might not agree with this <br />Master Plan. He said that it would take about 60 days to get an application <br />processed. <br />Mr. Grootegoed, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution <br />No. 511 entitled: "A Resolution Committing Funds for aoComprehensive Planning <br />Program as r•equired by the State of Ohio, Department,of Industrial and Economic <br />Development", which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Zorn9 seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules o£ law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspendeda <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />- Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mrs. Brown, seconded by Mr. Grootegoed, that Resolution <br />Nom 511 be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer, <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution passed <br />7.
