It was moved by P4r. Belzer, seconded by r1rs. Brown, that the amendment to Resolution No. 515, be approved and passed as read. Motion carried Resolution Passed - Mr. Edelman then reported that he had a checlc f or assessments on certain parcels of land in the Villaged MLs Belzer, seconded by Mrs. Brown, then introduced Resolution No, 516 entitled: "A Resolution to Cance:l the Installments of Water rlain Assessments f or Certain Years on Parcel No. 831-33-32,33 and 44", which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Grootegoed, seconded by Mrs. Brown, that the rules of -law requiring a resolution •to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
