It was pointed <br />out that7it would be necessary.f or the Company to have access to the property <br />before the Commission-couldAake action on.the requesto. The Commission then took up the re-zoning of the Kenneth Myers <br />property and pointed.out that the 15 feet fronting on SOM could not be re- <br />zoned-The Commission then'considered two amendments to the Zoning oriiinance <br />but took no actions Mr. LaConte then presc:nted his plat plan and building plans to Council, <br />Mr,. Zorm, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then•introduced Resolution No, 519 entitled; <br />"A Resolution Approvirig the Plans for a Golf= Course", which resolution was <br />read to Council.
