Mrse Brown, reporting f or.the Architectural Board, said that they had approved.plans for 5.new homes at the Ocfiober 26 and November 9 meetings. Mr0 Grootegoed, reporting for the Safety Committee,, said that they had taken up the matter of`child`ren cros`sing Wilson Mills Road to the Center School and had made a survey and f ound that there were 8 children and that the parents had-agreed that these children would be condncted across the street to schoole .:..Mr. Wedler, reporting for the Planning and Zoning Commission, said that theX had met in a postponed session at the`Town Hall on Oetober 30, 1961, and took up the request of the Redifer Bus Company f or a U-6 Permit. It was pointed out that7it would be necessary.f or the Company to have access to the property before the Commission-couldAake action on.the requesto. Mr. Wedler then read a resolution to Council that was approved by the Coinmiticee granting authority to Mro LaConte'to assign the U-6 permit.to the National Golf Operations, Inc. Mre Wedler reported that Mr. LaConte..also..granted,a 50 foot Easement f or an access road at the West end of the property. The Commission then took up the re-zoning of the Kenneth Myers property and pointed.out that the 15 feet fronting on SOM could not be re- zoned-The Commission then'considered two amendments to the Zoning oriiinance but took no actions Mr. LaConte then presc:nted his plat plan and building plans to Council, Mr,. Zorm, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then•introduced Resolution No, 519 entitled; "A Resolution Approvirig the Plans for a Golf= Course", which resolution was read to Council.
