Hill Roa,d be vaca-ted_ south of Bonnieview S.n order to enable the owner. of Lot #l to subdivide the lot into_ two equal par-ts, one facing Beech Hill Roadj, and the other'either facing Beech Hi11 Road or BonnievietT. Mr. Edel.man stated that the geopl.e snould file a petition trith Council, regarding the vacation of Beech Hi,u. Road. Mx°. Swanson reported that a Blue Print prepared by the Shell Oil. Co., for pla,cing a gasoline service station on the south East corner bf Wilson M;7lG Road and. SOM Center Road and moving the present Bordonaro store to the reax of the Eastern part of the lot with the front facirig on Wi.lson M3.11.s was presented. As a question of legality came up regarding business on Wilson Yii11s Road' the matter was turned over to the Solicitor. Mr. Ede]man stated that no ac'u3.on could be taken until a request was rendered in writing. Mr. Swanson reported that members of the Commission'felt that thsy axe not in favor of going anead with a study of disposa].l units. Mr. Strater, reporting ior the Safety and Service Cominittee' stated that the Fire Department's new By-Laws' Rules and R.eguil.ations had Ueen coripletel;r gone over by the comrni.ttee; that Mr. Ede].man's suggestions for legal, ehanges were'now incorporated in the By Laws, and that the Safety and Service Committee recommended that they be accepted by Council. Mr. Strater, seconded by kir. Fa]k, thalintroduced drdinance No. 539 entitled. "An Ordinance Approving the Constitution, By-Laws and Rules and Reglxlations_ of Mayfield Vi]lage Volunteer Fire DepartMent", which ordinance was read to Council. It was moved by Nr..Hopk3.ns, seconded by Mr. Strater, that the rules of la.w requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separa-te occa5.ions be suspencled. Ro].].
