Motion carried Resolution passed Mr. Juy-i.ari Cohen, an Attorney representang Nx°o Davis, the owner of a l,ot on Map1e Grove, stated that he was 3.nterested i.n obtaining a building pe2mit for lv.s client. O" Architectux°al Board ha.d turned down approval of kTx°o Davis' p].ans because of the condition, of Maple Grove. Inasmucn as Map1.e Grove was a dedicated sts•eet9 the attorney insisted that -Ehe con.dition of the road shou].d not Ue used as a condition for obtaining a bvilciing parnv.t. Mr. tiiiel.a.nd verified that hs was unable to give a building permit because the pli_?ns ha.d not cleared the Arc11itectural Board• MI'o Cohen went on to say that his elient was willing to insta]1 a sewer on this road and felt that the village should make -the road passable.
