Nr.. Kingsbtlr'y: was : resigning <br />to take up a position 3.n another state.. , - <br />It was moved by Mr.-Taylor, seconded by Mr. Hopkins' that this <br />resignation be accepted with Tegret and w:ith ful.l appreciation for Mr. <br />Kingsbury's service. r <br />.Ro1l Call: Ayes - Messrs Taylor.,strater, Brown, Falk and Hopk9ns. <br />. Nays - None• <br />Njotion carried <br />R$ga.gnation Accepted <br />Ma.yox°Endress then appointed Mr. James Parks of Echo Drive as a memver <br />of the Sa,f'ety and Service Committee. <br />It was moved by Mr. Strater, seconded by Mr. Iiopk3.as, tha.t this <br />appointment be confa.xmed. <br />Roll Call:=Ayes - Messrs Taylor,Strater, Br.crtim, Fa1k and Hopkins. <br />_ Nays - None. <br />Motion carri,eci <br />Appo3ntrnent. c onf irrned:. <br />Mro Fa,lk, reporting for the Zon3ng and Planning Ccmmission, said tha°t <br />the Coanmission had met on September 7th, 19-4, at 8:10 P. M. in the Town <br />Hall with the following members preseat: Mayor Endress, Nr. N. Reed, Mr. T'. <br />Falk and Mr. Fi]kins. <br />The. Camnittee then considered the 28-home J& N subclivision beirig <br />develoged by the Caputo Brothers, whieh was presented for final approval.. As <br />the final draw5.ngs w!pre in order and satisfied,, a11 requirements, the Commii;tee <br />reccumnended favorable action on these plans. Cowseil then studied the map <br />of this planied d,evelopment, but could take no action as the Uond,' £or <br />improvements had not as yet been posted. Tl1e Caputo Brothers said that it <br />wou].d be a matter of two weeks before this . bond was secured. <br />Mr. Fa1k reported that the Caputo Brothers also asked for co#?dtderation <br />of a new rejri.sion of a part of original 28-home J 8c N subdivision, which in <br />effect would use more land which Caputo Bxothers.have and which would be 1nown <br />as Block "A" and would elirru.nate lots 3,. 4, 5, 6 & 7 a,n,d add #29a 30., 31, <br />32, 33, 34,-35, 36 & 37, plus a 300 foot Street as a turziasound. The . <br />Corrmission recommnded tha.t Council gLee favorable consideration to the P}an <br />corrprising Block etAll with the 28-home J& N development. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2.
