Mr. Edelman then noted tha.t this was not an official petS.ta.on., as the signers were not abutting property owners. • Mr. Hopkins then spoke at length on this anatter and sa3.d that the School Board ha.d inadequate buses, which were crowded, and snggested tnat sic?ewalks be included in our building requirements in the pl.atting of land.
