At several p]races a].ong the edges, the pavement is cracking and <br />raveling. The turnaround at the end of the street was inadsquate and it was <br />suggested that a temporary pavement o£ 6 inch waterliound macadam be 5nstalled <br />and mainta3ned for ttim years and a bond posted for this. <br />The catch basins were found to be z.nad.equate and shoul,d be rebu3.lt to <br />sgecifications of our Enginesr. It was suggested that cox°es of the pavement <br />be made to asceatain the t'niclrness. of the pavement. It was suggested that <br />Mr. Fisler deposit $100.00 with the CIerls to cover adchtiona.l expense <br />?.tacurred by the Vi]el.age Engineer. Hro Hopkins a].so reported that, a7.thoug}z <br />the 3mprovement pla,n by Mr. H. W. Fisher, his Engineer' arici ours, <br />should sit dotm tIogether and see what could_be worked out., but tha.t Council <br />cou].d not decli.cate the road at thi.s time. <br />Mr. Ede7irian reported that a public meeting wou7.d be necessary to <br />change the pla.tting ox°dinance' relative to a change in pavement specifications. <br />The Zoning and glanning Board was then advised to have the specifications <br />on conc.rete roadways to pxesent to Council so tha.t Counci1 cou].d set a clate <br />for a public hearing. Our Engineer.. said that he wou1.d give the specifications <br />to the Zoning and Plarming Boaxd, so that they could go aner them and make <br />recommendations. <br />Mr. Edelman said tha.t he had received the usual arclinance consenting <br />to the removal of snow and ice from tYae County Roads and that same roads ' <br />were not covered. Mrs. Brcrwn., seconded by 14r.
