M.9 pursu,ant to notice given to all msmbers of <br />Council, accordin.g to_].aw, Mayor Endxess presidingm <br />Ro11 Ca11.: Prasent - Messrs Tayl.or, Strater, Browm,, Fa1,k & Hopkins. <br />Absent - N!r. Wed].,er. <br />Ma.yor Enctress then x°eported that the f3sst crder of business was <br />the hearing held by the Zoning and Planning commission rela.tive to placing <br />Ro11er Rinks in a U-6 use c7.ass3fication. . <br />Mr. Reed then x°eported tha.t the Zoning and Plann3szg Cormniss3on had <br />agreed not to accept the proposed peta.tian for a change in the Zoning l,aw <br />to take ca.re of a Ro11er Rinlc in a class U6 use cZassification. _ <br />Ma.yor Endress then asked Council for their opiniora on the subject. <br />Mr. ydelman r eported that this deeision of the Zariing and PlarLni ng <br />Boa,rd could be overculed by athree-four-Ehs vote of. Council. <br />Ordinance No. 5& entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Section 3 of <br />Ordinance No. 159' The Zoning Ordinance of the Vil]age of N1ay.field, by <br />Including Skating Rinks_ and Dance Ha.11s as CTass U06 Uses",was then gi.ven <br />its second_reading. It was moved by Mr. Falk, seeondecl by Mr. Strater, that <br />the 2•ulss of 7.aw requirin.g an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions <br />be suspended. . <br />RolJ.
