Keith Ihm.bax' our <br />special policeman' who had been on probation for six months,'had long ago <br />served ou+ his probationaxy period and should be put on as a full time policeman. <br />Mayor Endress then recominended that Mr. Keith Dunbar be empl.oyed <br />as a regular police- officer.
