Coverage of Culverts on private property. <br />The following recomm.endations Urere made: Concrete versus PSacadam was tabled. <br />A request for complete set of orclinances from No. 159 with all additions and <br />amendments. ' Incorporation in our ordinance that the Building Inspector be <br />required to inspect the building lines.at the same time of the."Stake aut". <br />That the duties of the Building Inspector be outlined and a forri designed, <br />for same. That Iiev street maps be obtained 'shawing set-backs, etc., sirn.ilar <br />to those of Lyndhurst. Council again took up the subject of concrete roads and Mr. DeNore <br />gave a.nother explanation of the importance of this change and cited the fact <br />that Pepper Pi.ke assessed each property oilner 20 cents a foot per year for <br />upkeep of Macadam and that Cleveland Aeights spends $150'000 per yearm 14r. - <br />Strater then agreed that th.e macadam roads would be a terrific e?.•pense in <br />years to eome. <br />4.
