<br />Minutes of the Regu.lar Ileeting <br />February 19, 1957 <br />The Council of the Vil7.age of Mayfield met in regular mesting at <br />the Vil.lage Ha.ll on Tuesday at8:00 P. M. February 19, 1957, Mayor Endress <br />presiding, the date having been changed by-action taken at the Special <br />14eet7ng of January 74, 1957. <br />Ro11 Ca1S: Present P Messrs Taylor,Wedl:er,Strater,Brown,Falk & Hopkins. <br />Absent - None. . <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 21, 1957, were then <br />read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Hopkins, seconded by Mro Wedler, that the <br />minutes of the regular meeting be approved and passed as read. Ro11 Ca1.la Ayes - Messrs Taylor,Wedler,Strater,Brown,Falk & Hopkins. <br />_ Nays - None. <br />. . Motion carried <br />Nlinutes approved <br />Mayor Endress askea Mr. Edelman for a report on our request to secure <br />sonie of the coun-ty property on Beech Hill Road.. 14r. Edelman sa.id that he ha.d <br />talked to Y?r. Fuzenski and _thaic_ the County was not contemplatin.g giving up <br />any of this property as they might need it for future use. <br />P'la.yor Endress then asked Nr. Nopkins to.look into the mat-L-er and <br />see if it was. worth leasing some of this_property, <br />. The bids on sale of .$44,550.00 special assessment Urater ma.in bonds <br />werE opened.at noon of February-19th by.the Clerk. There were four bids, three <br />local, and one out of town bid, as follows: <br />Haydn r•Zi71er - 4r1/2% with a premiUm of $91.00. First Cleveland Corporation -4?% with a p?remium of $318.00 <br />Fox Feusch Corporation of Cis?.cinna-Ei - 1??% premium W.00. <br />McDonalcl & Company -4% with a premi.um of $231.660 <br />Tabulation of these bicZs was then filed wiuh the C].erk. <br />111r. Straicer, seconded by I°Zr. Falk, then introduced Resolution Noo 375 <br />en.titled:."A Resolutior_ Accepting the Highest Bid for $44,550.00 of special <br />Assessment Bonds Upon the Lowest Rate of Tnterest Bid by a Responsib7.e Bidder", <br />whicn was read to_ _Council., - <br />2t was moved by T'ir. Taylor, seconded by 1?r.
