Ede7man then reported that our note to nthe National city Bank for <br />,$21,000.00 was over-due and read a letter from 'Uhis bank saying that they would <br />not appJ.y the penal.ty of 42% but were willing to continue the note at 2-3/4% <br />until April 1, 1957e . <br />Idjr. Stra,ter, seconded by Mr. Hopkins, then introduced Resolution Noo 376 <br />entitled: " A Resolvtion Accepting the.Offer of the National City Bank of <br />Clevelanci to Extend the Maturity of $21,000.00 tidater rsa.in Tmprovemen.t Note" which <br />resolution was read to council. It was moved by 14r. He was asked where we went from hereo Mr. Edelman is <br />writing the State Board and said we shoulcl have our own Inspector 2nd a <br />representative of qthe Vi7.lage on hand when another in.spection vras made. <br />Z'he Chairman of the Bui.Iding Gommittee reported tha,t there was no <br />activity in this department. <br />. Mayor Endress then read a letter from Mrs. Brown relative to MayLield <br />Union cemetery, This letter showed expenses for 1956 of $731.46' with $243.82 <br />as our share. A recommendation was made for a new mower at a cost of $200.00. <br />2.
