It was moved by Tir. Strater, seconded by Mra Hopkuzs, that all bids <br />on the-old fire'•truck be rejected. <br />Ro]1 Call: Ayes - Messrs Tay].or.,ti?edlerpStrater,Brown,Falk & Hopkinsa <br />. NayS _ None. <br />Motion carried <br />Advertisement of Uids on the old tanker was then deferred until, some <br />future date. <br />PZr. Strater then brought up tYie Beech Hi-]1 water project -Lliat had been <br />discussed in commA-ttee. Mr. Falk said he would be in favor of assessing 125 <br />feet of each lot on the west side of Beech Hi]1 and tha.t this was agreeable to <br />the residents on the East sideo . <br />I Mr. Ecle].man suggested that we ha.ve an informal expression from Council <br />if they were in favor o£ this, as the petitions were not checked. <br />It was mozred by Mr. Strater; seconded by kZro Hopkins3 that approval be <br />given to the suggestion that owrers on the west side be assessed for 725 feet each. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - t'jessrs Taylor.,Wedler,Strater,Bro-?m,Falk & Hopkins. <br />_ Nays s.
