Roll Call: Ayes - Alessrsv Taylor, Wedler, Strater, Brown, Falk and <br />Hopkins. <br />NZays - None. <br />Motion carriede <br />Resolution passed. <br />Mr. Ecie]saan next reportecl tha.-t it was necessary to pass a resolution <br />inviting bids for the active funcls of the Vil.lage for the ne.Yt twa years. <br />Yiro Taylor, seconded bg Nre Hopkins, then introduced Resolution Noo 390 <br />entit7.ed, "A Resoluuion Estir?iating the I1;ax:bnum Amount of Active Deposits for the <br />Next Two Years," which resoltrtion was read tQ Council. <br />Tt was nioved by Mrs. Brown, seconcled by Mr. Nopkins, that the rules <br />of ]aw requiring a.resolution to be reaa on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes -Yiessrs. Taylor, Uledler, Strater, Brovm, Fallc and <br />Hopkins. - <br />P'1a.ys - Iqone. <br />Motion carried. <br />Rules suspended. <br />It was moveci by TZr. Wedler, seconded by Yro Strater, that Resolution <br />No. 390 be approved and pa.ssed as read. <br />Ro11. Call: . Ayes - Messrs. Taylor, Wedler, Strater9 Brown, Fa1:lc and <br />Hoplcins. <br />M-a,ys - None. . <br />Motion ca.:cried. <br />Resolution passed.e <br />Mr. EdEliTan tr,en made a rep ort of i.nsurance on various properties of <br />the Village9 and said that, whereas the law now made it possible to insttre the <br />Police and Fire Apparatus for liability, be and the clerk ha,d put riders on in- <br />surance for these two departmnts, wlu.ch coul.d be affirmed or cancel.led as Council <br />wished, and tha.t. said insurance riders protect the Village and its employees <br />opera-L-ing such vehicl.esm <br />14r. Falk, seconded by Mrs. Broti,rn, then introduced Reso].ution No. 391 <br />entitled, "A Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Insurance on Vehicles aperated <br />By the Police and Fire Departments," which resc7.ution was read to Council. It <br />Uras moved by N(r. Wedler? seconded by NLr. Taylor, that the rvles of law _requi-ring <br />a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.
