Capre-tta said tha.t he <br />was posting a bond for this road, ?°i,r. Deiviore asked that a corrnrLttee of Council <br />be appointed to inspect tizis teqnorary roaa w:cen installed and that a bond for the <br />tempora_ry and perm-a,nent pavici; Urould be read,y for the next meting, and that <br />storm sewers, water and sani.tary sewers were in. <br />. Mayor Endress t[zen appointed T"lr. Wedler, Mro Fallc and Itr. Hopkins <br />as a oommit•cee to, inspect this -temporary pa.ving. <br />Mr. Fal?s then adced about a home being Uuilt in 6839 Wilson Mills <br />Road, with a driveway fronti_ng on tlle Kenwood Estates. Mr. Fal.k thought that this <br />was i7legal. Tl7r. Wieland said that there was no illegal driveway in this area. <br /> <br />Mavor Eizdress then reported that he llad plans, specif'ications, and <br />es•tisnates of cast for wa.ter on Beechhi7..l, the estimate of cost being $13,200000. <br />This, brough-L- up a storm of protests from residents on Ju-he west side of the street. <br />They insisted that they should not be assessed, as they had alreac?y paid on another <br />irain and an assessment woul.d bring their cost to $1500.00, as compared to $500 <br />or $600 on the eas•t sidev Cotmcil tnen discussed the matter, ba.t could arrive at <br />no decision that would be agreeable to residents on the wise side.
