Me, Mayor Endress presiding. , Roll Cal7.: Present - Messrs Tayl.or., Wedler, Strater, Brotim, Falk & Hopkins. Absent - None. Motion carried ° Iti.nu-tes approved The Minutes of the Special i"leeting of October 142 1957 were then read to-Council. Zt was moved by Mr. Falk, seconded by Mr. Strater,.that the Minutes of the Special Meeting be approved and passed as read. Ro1'! Call: Ayes - Me.ssrs Taylor,Wedler'Strater,Brotim.Falk & Hoplfl.ns. ' ' Mo-tion carried Minutes approved Mayor Endress then asked for reports from the Committeeso Mr. .Hopla.n.s, reporting for the Building Committee? said that no meeting had been held, b ut the Building Committee was due to meet short7.y to put the Village properuy in proper shape f or wrinter mairztenance and asked Council for an appropriation of $600.00 to t ake care of -the Buildings and Equipnent. AZrso Brown, seconded by Mr. Hopkins9 then introduced a resolution that up to $600.00 be appropriated.for repairs and maintenance of vil].age buildings and equipment for theA balance 'of the year 1957. It was moved by r7r. Strater, seconded by Mr. Falk' tkiat the rules of la4tiT requiring a-resolution to be read' on three separate occasions be suspended..
