The CZerk <br />then proceeded to read the results of a vote by the Fire Department members <br />for two representatives to this Board. Mr. Porter received 6 vo-tes9 14r. <br />P1.asti.ne 9, Mr. Nickerson 8., Mr. L3.ndseyr 3, Mr. Trebiskey 5 and Mr.Br3chacek <br />2, Mr. Plastine, and Mro Nickerson being the two members elected by the Fise <br />D"epartment.. There has been no selection of a 5t1z member to this. moment. <br />Mayor Endress then reminded Mr. Edelman that he was goi.ng to look <br />up°an ordinance on Flares and Barricades. Mr. Ed.e].man then spoke of Ordinance <br />I10. 389 amend3.rig the Building Cocle and read the c].ause, pertaining to tkiis <br />matter. Mr. Edelman said that as we had aclopt,ed a unified Buil.ding Code' <br />Ordinance No. 389 shauld be reinvoked and an addition be made to._include <br />the period frorn :L hour before sunset ta 1 hour after sunr3.5eo , Mro Wedler9 seconded by M±-. Hopkins, then introduced Qx°dinance No. <br />605 entittled: "An Ordinance Regul.atii-ig A1.1..Opening and Excavating of <br />Roads ancl. HigYways for Pu.b1.ic Util3ties in the Vi]lage of Mayfiel.d an.d. <br />Repealing Ordinance #54619, which Ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Strater, secoraded by Mro Falks tlzat the rules of <br />law requir3.ng an ordinance to be reacl on th:ree separate occasians be suspended. <br />Ro73 Calls Ayes - Messrs Taylor' Wed.2er9 Strater,Falk & Hopkins. <br />NBys o None. <br />Motian carried <br />- " RuZes Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Wedlex°s seconded by Mr. Hopka.ns, that Ordinance <br />Noa 605 be approved and passed as read. <br />Ro71 `Ca11: Ayes - Messrs Taylor, Wedler., Strater9 Fa7.k & Hopkdnso <br />Nays - Norte.
