Ordi.nance No. 623 <br />entitled: "An Orc3.inance Ficing Daylight S avings Time in the Village of Mayfie3d <br />from 2 o'clock A. M. on the last Sunday of Apx°i1., until 2 o°cloclt A. M. of the <br />last Sunday of October in each year, and repealing Ordinance Noo 287'r" which <br />ordinance was read to Council. This action t,ras in <br />compliance with section 11 of Ordinance Noe 468, - - <br />Mayox° Endress t,hen said that he had had a meeicing with Mr. Frantz of <br />NIayfield Heights and Mr. _Sheehan of Highland Heigh-ts on the Ridgebury situation. <br />The Mayfie].d Heights Council had looked down on the Courbty Engineers' proposal <br />to scarify the road and put in concrete. Mr. EdeTman said <br />that Highl.and Height,s had just passad an ordinance prohi.bit,ing any corn2ections <br />for a period of five years and then proceeded to notify all property owners of <br />this fact. Mr. Ede]man.said that, unless Cauncil wished to pizt in these <br />connections, such an ordinance should be passed and the property owners notified. <br />3.
