I-t was moved by Mre Wedler., seconded by 1"r, Zoxpn, that the rules of lava <br />requiring a reso7.ution to be read on three separate occasioias be suspended. <br />Roll Callo Ayes - Messx°s Wedler, Stra'ter' Brown9 Zox°n and Hoplfl.ns. <br />Nays - None. <br />• Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended, <br />It uras moved by Mr. Hoplzi.ns, seconded by Mr. Strater, that Resolution No. <br />422 be approved and passed as read. - <br />Roll. Ca1.ls Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Strater, Brown.9 Zorxxa and Hopkins. <br />° Nays - None. <br />- - Motion carried <br />- Resolution Passed <br />Mrs. Browm said that the Cemetex7 Committee might need some money. Council <br />said that this had been appropriated and the request f:or the amount shov].d go <br />to the Clerk. <br />Our Engineer then gave a breakdoum on the evst of improzr;.ng Seneca Roado <br />Most of the abutting property owners had requested in a petition th.at this be <br />given -with and wi.thout curb. and se%aers. Mr. I3ieland said that, if the storm sewer was put in, there was no <br />. place to empty it' unless it was run to th.e valley and Taondered who yaou].d pay <br />this additioml costo <br />There was also a discussion af spending money for roads brought out by <br />the Clerk advising Council that road funds were vex°Y low and. fihere mi.ght be <br />notha.rig next year for scraping arui. ,oiling and doing the necessar7 things that <br />wet'e done this yeara Mr. Zorn felic tha°t a]l roads in the Village shou].d be <br />treated alike in this matter9 as -t-,his was a service artd no favori-ti.sm should <br />be showri.
