Howard Schulz then questioned the action of Council in putting a water <br />main in this section, as he conterded tha•t it was questionable whether the <br />owners of certain fron-tages along -this construction route would be able to <br />pay their assessment and it would becoine a re-spread on the srillage. There <br />was a great deal of discussion over this, but it was pointed out by Mr. <br />Fdelman that the property cauld be disposed of to settl.e an assessmeizt and that <br />we had never questioned other abutting property owne-rs in any of oux construction <br />work and had no reason to in this ease. , <br />Mrs. Browm, seconded by Pfr. Zorn, then introduced Ordinance?Noa 636 <br />en'uitled: "An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor and the C1erk of the Village <br />of Mayfiel.d to Enter Into a.Con-tract With N. W.
