Mr. Taylor., seconded by Mr. Hopkins9 then introduced ResoZution No. 442 <br />entitled: 'tA Resolution Declaring the Necessity to Irnprove Bonnieview Road <br />in the Va.7lage of Mayi°ield9 Ohio., From SOM Center Road in an Eas-L-erly Direction <br />to the Westerly Line of Beech Hi17. Road by Grading, Ditching, and Paving With <br />Asphaltic Tfaterials "' which resolution was read to Council. ' <br />2t was moved by Mr. Zor`n, seconded by Mr. Taylor., that the rules of law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasioris be suspended: <br />Roll Call: Ayes - r4essrs Taylor;Wedler,Strater'Brown,Zorn & Hopkinso <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried <br />Rizl:es Suspended <br />It was moved by Mrm Ho?kins9 seconded by NSr. Strater9 that Resolution <br />No. 442 be approved ancl passed as read: - Y <br />Ro1.1 Call: Ayes - Messrs Taylor,Wedler, Strater, Bro-vm, Zoi-n oc Hopkins. <br />Nays - A7one. Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />PZayor Endress then read a letter from the City of Cleveland., statirg <br />that water maii'is previously approved but for idiich contracts had no-t been <br />awarded would have to be re-submitted for approval.. Mr. Edelman said that this brought up the quesLion of whether connections <br />could be made to our SOM No. 5 Maino Mr. Peterson said that he did not.think <br />tire would have ar?y trouble, but would not proceed with the main zrithout the <br />knowledge of Council unless he knew for sure that he aould make connections. <br />Mr. Edelman t-,hen advised Council. that under a new ria].ing they would have to <br />specify the kind of ma-Lerial used in the pipe on SbM No. 5 ard would therefor"e <br />have to amercl the orcl.inance. <br />Mr. 11-lopkins9 seconded by P'Ir. Taylor., -then introduced Ordinance No. 643 <br />entitled: ItAn Ordimance to Amend Ordinance No. 631, Being an Ordinance to <br />Proceed with the Improvement oi SOM Center Road by the Construction of aliater <br />Pnain, by Adding Section 1(a), Specifying the Character of Materials to be <br />Used«9 which ordinance was read to CounciZ. It was moved by Mro FrTedler, seconded by Mr. Zorn, that the rules o:f law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on •three separate occasions be suspendeda <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Taylor., Wedler' S trater, Brown, Zorn & Hopkins. <br />Nays - None. <br />` Motion Carried- <br />Rules Suspended. <br />It Uras moved by Mr. TnTedler, seconded by P2r.
