Motion carried Permission Granted. ° Nayor Endress then read a 1.etter from Mrs. Elizabeth Dunbar' expressing °her gratitude for -che kincTness and he1.p shown her family during her trouble. * Mr. Taylor read a letter from the Fami.ly of Keif,h Dunbar, acknotqledging wi-th grateful appreciation the expressions of sympathy by evexyone. ° Mr. Taylor then introduced a resolution entitled: "A Citation of Merit: ' I'Whereas, the Council of the Vi.Ll.age of Mayfield feels keenly the recen•t loss of its esteemed Chief of Police., Keith Dunbar., and Zahereas it is a ma-tter of record that Chief Dunbar exha.bited Sterling Qualities in perfox°mi.ng his duties efficiently, tactfully, and with the welfare of the Community always in mind, and TtlYiereas, through his conduct and example he won t-he respect and er.during affection oi his fellma towns- _ people of all ages, "Be It Hereby Resolved that this posthumous certificate of inerit be awarded on this seventeenth day of November9 1958.
