Minutes of the Regular Meeting January 18, 1965 The Council of the Village of riayfield met in regular meeting at the Town Ha11 at 8s00 P. M., Mayor Endress presiding. • Roll Callo Presen-t - Messrs Shaca, Bennett, Wallcer, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. Absent - None. ' The Piinutes of the P.egular'Meeting oi December 21, 1964, were then read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, -that the Minuies of the Regular Aieeting be approved and passed as read: Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Wallcer, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. Nays - Noneo - - Motion carried Minutes Approved Mr. Shaw, seconded by NIr.iBelzer., then introduced Ordinance No. 87 4, entitled; "An Ordinance to Make Temporary Appropriations f or Current and Other Expenses of the Village of rSayfield f or the First Three Months oF Year 196511, which ordinance was read to Councilo It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Walker, that the rules of laca requiring an ordinance to be read on thiee separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. ' Nays - None. ' Motion carried Rules Suspended It was moved try Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Mason, that Ordinance No. 874 be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - A4essrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. Nays - None. • Niotion carried Ordinance Passed Mr, Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, then introduced Resolution No„ 628, entitled: "A Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commissiott and Au-thorizing the Necessary Tax Zevies and Certifying Them to the County Auditor`° , which Resolution was read to Counci'le It was moved by NIr. Wallcer, seconded by Mr. Nlason, that the rules of law requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. i.
