<br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Sloan, then introduced Resolution No. 639,
<br />entitled: "A Resolution Declaring it Necessary to Improve Wot'ton Park Drive,
<br />North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South Woodlane Drive and F7oodlarie Drive
<br />by Grading, Draining and Paving With,Asphaltic Materials, Together With All -
<br />Necessary Appurtenances, and Declaring an Emergency", which resolution was
<br />read to Council.
