Mayor Endress then asked for reports from the Departments, which were <br />then read to Council. <br />Mayor Endress then appointed Mr. William E. White of 16300 Van Aken <br />Boulevard as School Guard. It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, <br />that this appointment be approved subject to a Doctor's examination. <br />Roll Calla Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mayor Endress then appointed Mre James T. Jaquays to the Fire Department. <br />It was then moved by Mr. S1oan, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that this.appointment <br />be confirmed, <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Appointment confirmed <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Walker, then introduced Resolution Nb. 640, <br />entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Improvement Plans f or Aintree Parlc <br />Subdivisions Nos. '1, 2 an.d 311, which resolution was read to Councile <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Bennett, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read ott three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Alessrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, rlason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None, <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspencled <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that Resolution No. <br />640 be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw; Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Aiotion, carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Peterson was then taxed by Council on the Sanitary Hook-up for <br />this subdivision. Council has h d dc?u ts which have been expressed f rom time <br />to time as to its adequacy. ??txx?:?eassured Council "The Sanitary <br />Hookup will be Satisf actory and Adequate." <br />Council then had some discussion on the location of a post office which <br />had been rumored to be slated for our Village. Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, <br />then introduced Resolution No. 641, entitled: "A Resolution Requesting the <br />Establishment of an Area Post Office in the Village of D1ayf ield, Ohio", which <br />resolution was read to Council. <br />5. <br />/ <br />/
