It was moved b,y Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mrm Nlason, that Resolution No. <br />642 be approved and passed as read. P.oll Call: Ayes - Niessrs Shaw, Bennett,Wallcer,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Edalman reported that he had a letter from the Sun Oil people <br />saying that 'they were going to put up a fence on the Leppelmeier property. <br />Mre Edelmah then read this letter to Council. <br />Mr. Peterson then reported that he had a proposal from the County to <br />install a seraer on S014 Center Road to go into the new plan.t in Richmond Heights; <br />that it would be impossible to bring sewage from Metro Par1c or the Neroni <br />property or South of there into this Sewer; that bSr. Westmoreland said, if <br />the Village requested a sub trunl.c be put in, they probably would go along with <br />it. They did not say how it would be paid for and unless some word £rom the <br />Village was f orthcoming, nothing would be done f or an indefinite period. Mr. <br />Peterson said he would lilce to ask if rSr. Edelman eould ta11c to Mr. Puszinsici <br />and see if he could.get action and how it would be paid for. Mr. Peterson <br />said this would go to White Roat and then to Richmond Heights; that plans were <br />well along but he had seen nothing. It was then arranged that Mr. Edelman and <br />Mr. Peterson would go to the County and see what was going on. <br />' Mr. Peterson then asked if we kn.ew whether the salaries of Engineers was <br />subject to P.E.R.S. and asked Mre Edelman for his opinion. <br />Mr. Sloan then reported on a lealcy sewer on Aletro Parka Mr. Wieland <br />went down and replaced some pipe. Ttao or three pipes were broken. <br />Mr. Sandy Bordonaro then tallced on his place on Seneca. He said that <br />he was having it graded and cleaned out; that there was a lot of rubbish there <br />that the man would not move. Also he had asked him to rip ou.t the fence. Mr. <br />Sordonaro then asked about the drainage on Aintree Park, n1r.,Edelman said <br />that he was responsible f or the amount of water coming onto his place. There <br />was also some discussion due to the fact that the culvert on tJilson Mills might <br />not be adequate to take this supply of water. <br />Mr. Scheer then repor.ted to Council that he was opposed to any paving <br />in front oL his property in G]orton Park, that his road was in good shape and <br />adequate. Mr. Edelman said that after he was served he could send in a written <br />complaint. <br />There being no further business to come before Council, upon motion <br />made attd duly put, Council adjourned. <br />7.
