NIo-tion carried Ordinance Passed Mayor Endress then read a letter"from Pir. Roy H. Schwentker with ref er- ence to the aftermath of our sidewalk project. A1r. 5chwentker included a bill for $50,00 for this work. Two of our Councilmen went up and checked on this. The Clerk was then requested to file this letter with regret. There was:-a great deal of discussion on this matter and other things that were not taken care of on this project. Council felt that the money left should be used to complete this work and if there is not enough to go after the Boncling Company to complete. Mr. Nlason,` reporting for the Zoning and Planning Commission, read the Minutes of th.eir meeting to Council. Council then had some discussion on the height of the apartment houses to be bui].t on the North side of S014 on the Aintree Park Development. Mr. Shaw, reporting for the I'inance Committee, said that the Commit-tee had f ound the Pay Ordinance to be all right and recommended that it be passed. It was then moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Masori, that Pay Ordinance No.. 500-P be approved and passed as read. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Wallter;Mason,Sloan'& Be•Izer: Nays - None. - ' Motion carried Pay Ordinance Passed Mr. Edelman then reported that the P2ount Vernon Realty Co. had dismissed its appeal to the court and he also said that he had filed a Brief on the High Rise case;' Mr. Edelman also'reported'that the Aintree Park people had given us easements f or water mains and storm sewers and wanted the Village to accept them. Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 642, "A Resolution Approving and Accepting Easements Trom Aintree Realty Corp, f or the Installation of a Water Niain in Aintree Park Subdivision and f or Constructing, Maintaining, Operating and Repairing Storm Sewers in the Village of'Mayfield, Ohio", which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mre Shaw, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. Nays - None. ' Motion carried Rules Suspended. 6e
