It,ioas moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by NIr: Belzer, that Ordinance No. <br />8B8 be approved and passed as read. ' <br />. ? <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />NIo-tion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mayor Endress then read a letter"from Pir. Roy H. Schwentker with ref er- <br />ence to the aftermath of our sidewalk project. A1r. 5chwentker included a bill <br />for $50,00 for this work. Two of our Councilmen went up and checked on this. <br />The Clerk was then requested to file this letter with regret. There was:-a great <br />deal of discussion on this matter and other things that were not taken care of <br />on this project. Council felt that the money left should be used to complete <br />this work and if there is not enough to go after the Boncling Company to complete. <br />Mr. Nlason,` reporting for the Zoning and Planning Commission, read the <br />Minutes of th.eir meeting to Council. Council then had some discussion on the <br />height of the apartment houses to be bui].t on the North side of S014 on the <br />Aintree Park Development. <br />Mr. Shaw, reporting for the I'inance Committee, said that the Commit-tee <br />had f ound the Pay Ordinance to be all right and recommended that it be passed. <br />It was then moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Masori, that Pay Ordinance No.. <br />500-P be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Wallter;Mason,Sloan'& Beā¢Izer: <br />Nays - None. - ' <br />Motion carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Edelman then reported that the P2ount Vernon Realty Co. had <br />dismissed its appeal to the court and he also said that he had filed a Brief <br />on the High Rise case;' Mr. Edelman also'reported'that the Aintree Park <br />people had given us easements f or water mains and storm sewers and wanted the <br />Village to accept them. <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 642, <br />"A Resolution Approving and Accepting Easements Trom Aintree Realty Corp, f or <br />the Installation of a Water Niain in Aintree Park Subdivision and f or Constructing, <br />Maintaining, Operating and Repairing Storm Sewers in the Village of'Mayfield, <br />Ohio", which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mre Shaw, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. ' <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended. <br />6e
