Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Bennett, ti•]alker, NIason, Sloan & Belzer, <br />Nays - None, Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Edelman then read a letter f rom the County Engineer on the paving <br />of Lander Road, The figure they gave was $23,250.00, but Mr. Edelman said that <br />a$25,000.00 figure should be used. NIr. Niason, seconded by Mr. Sloan, then <br />introduced Ordinance No, 892 enti-tled: "An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor <br />of the Village of Mayfield to enter into.an agreement with the.Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the improvement of Lander Road <br />within the limits of said Village by grading, draining, and paving, and other <br />work incidental thereto", which ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the.rules of <br />law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan &,Belzero <br />Nays - None. Ord-inance Passed <br />Mr. Peterson said that he had called the bonding company in connec- <br />tion with our sidewalk contract and told him what we were going to do and <br />later received a call f rom their local represetttative, who was going to get <br />in touch with Mra Wieland and see that it was taken care of. <br />Mr. Wieland was then asked about the Building Violation on Eastgate <br />and said that they had not been in and h.as not been working ott it. <br />Mr. Bennett then asked about the property next to Fishers. Mr. <br />Edelman suggested that the Building Inspector make an inspection and give him <br />a list of the violations.
