<br />Minutes of the P.egular Nieeting <br />June 21, 1965 . <br />The Council of the Village :of Mayfield met in Regular Meeting at the Town <br />liall at 8:00 P: NI., Mr. Belzer presiding in.the absence of Mayor Endress,after being <br />sworn in as Acting Mayor by Arnold M. Edelman, Notary Public. <br />Ro11 Call: Present - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, i5ason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Absent - None: . <br />The Nlinutes of <br />Council. It was moved <br />the Regular Meeting be <br />Roll Call: Ayes <br />- Nays <br />the Regular Meeting of May 17, 1965, <br />by Mr. Shaw, seconded by D1r: Sloan, <br />approved and passed as read. <br />- Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Wallcer, T4as <br />-'None. <br />were then read to <br />that the Minutes of <br />on, Sloan & IIelzer. <br />Motion carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. DeMore and a representative for Dr. Sowin then discussed with Council, <br />the matter of Easements for a sewer which would run across Dr. Sowin's property <br />from a development in. AZayfield*Heights and exit into the Wilson Mills Sewer. Mr. <br />DeMore said that the assessments f or this sewer were already made and it would not <br />endanger any future rezoning of the property, Mr. Peterson said.that the plans <br />were okay and that they would f urnish all performance bonds and that all parties <br />were in agreement. r1r. Dellore said also that Mr. Puzinski had told them that the <br />County would service this sewer, Mr. Edelman said that he saw nothing wrong with <br />their request f or permission;to run this sewer across Dr. Sowin'.s :property. <br />PRr. Shaw, seconded by Mr.'Walker, then introduced Resolution Nom 645, <br />entitled: "A Resolution Approving and Accepting An Easement For Constructing, <br />Maintaining, Operating and Repairing a Sanitary Sewer Over Land of the Worton <br />Park Development Company",:which resolution was read to C.ouncil. <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the rules of law <br />requir-ing a Reso•1-'ution to be,read on.three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, A7ason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />, Rules Suspended <br /> It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, ttiat Resolution No. 645 <br /> be approved and passed as read. <br /> Roll Ca11: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, D4ason, Sloan & Belzer. <br /> Nays - None. <br /> ' Motion carried <br /> Resolution Passed <br />1.
