Bennett and Mr. Belzer. <br />Motion not carried <br />P,ules not suspended <br />This ordinance was then placed upon its first reading. <br />Mr. Kerber then spolce to Council on the Neroni Development. Mr. Peterson <br />said that he had the plan on the Treatment plant but had no eviden.ce of any <br />easements and spolce of the Church and the Bardou property, saying that Mr. Edelman <br />should have knoialedge of these easements and that he would like to see an agreement <br />with the County on the management of this plant; that the only criticism on the <br />plant was the building enclosing it, the appearance of which should be referred <br />to the Architectural Board. Mr. Peterson said that it was large enough to take <br />care of the development and if a larger plant was needed it should be referred <br />to the other developers. Mr. Peterson then recornmended -that Council approve <br />the plans as changecl according to his specifications, Mr. Busa, speaking for <br />the Nietro Park people, said that they were not interested in getting into this <br />treatment plant; that they were satisFied as they were. Nothing had been heard <br />f rom Mr. Platsner, so it would have to be assumed that he does n.ot want to get <br />into the treatr.lent plant either. Mr. Busa was asked if he had petitions on this and <br />he said that he had made a poll of the residents and they were not interested. <br />Mr. Kerber said that at a future date the sewer would be run on the south side <br />of these parcels and Platsner and Metro would be tied in. Mr. Kerber said that <br />the County felt that if the Village wanted it, they should have plans drawn and <br />put tiiem in themselves.
