Mr. Walker, seconded by.Mr. Shaw, then introduced Resolution No. 655, entitled: "A Resolution Objecting to the Issuance of a D-3 Liquor Permit to Mr. Vernon Estates, Inc. in the Village.of Mayf ield, Ohio," which resolution was read to Council. .
