Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />• - January 17, 1966 <br />The Council of the Village of A4ayfield met in Regular Nieeting at the <br />Town Hall at 8:00 P. M., D4ayor Bennett presiding. <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker,.Nlason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Absent - None. <br />The minutes of the Special Meeting of January 3, 1966, were then read to <br />Council. It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the minutes of <br />the Special Nleeting be approved and passed as read. . <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion carried? <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mayor Bennett then asked f or reports from the Committees. Mr. Busa, <br />reporting for the Architectural Board, said that there was no report to be made. <br />Mr. Davis, reporting for the Building Committee, said that there was no <br />report to be made. , Mr.;Shaw, reporting for the Planning and Zoning Commission, stated that a <br />meeting`was-held on January 10, 1966, and read the minutes of that meeting. <br />Mayor Bennett then stated that the State Inspector was out to inspect the <br />utility rooms of the Aintree Park Apartments because of a change fr.om i:he- <br />original approved size. - -• <br />Mr. Sloan, reporting for the Safety and Service Committee, stated that a <br />meeting was held on Jariuary 4, 1966, and read the minutes of that meeting. <br />Mayor Bennett informed Council that a 1/3 HP Cincinnati 2 Wheel Grinder would <br />cost a minimum of $85.00. It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by r4r. llavis, <br />that we purchase a 2 wheel grinder for the Service Department not to exceed <br />$9 0. 00. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan &.Davis. <br />Nays - None. - <br />Motion carried <br />Mr. Foltz reported that the F 350 Truck was sti11 under warrarity and the <br />cost of replacing the clutch totaled only $6.00. <br />Mr. Mason asked how many sets of plans f or any new development could be <br />obtained. Mr. Peterson said that we could have as many sets as we wanted. <br />Mayor Bennett then aslced f or enough sets of plans f or the Tire Department, <br />1.
