<br />? <br />I <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shae, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, moved that Ordinance.No..936 be approved <br />and passed as read. <br />Roll Ca11: Ayes - Niessrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Davis, reporting for the Building Committee, stated that the Community <br />Club has asked permission to landscape the front and side of the Town Hall. <br />Mr. S1oan, seconded by Mr. Shaw, then introduced a resolution entitled: <br />"A Resolution Granting Approval to the I4ayfield Village Community Club to <br />Landscape the Front and Side of the Town Hall", which resolution was read to <br />Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Davis, that the rules of law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Davis, then moved that the Resolution be <br />approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Nlason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />, Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Sloan, reporting for the Cemetery Committee, stated that a meeting was <br />with the representatives of the other communities and that they have hired Mr. <br />Schwentker and his son to take care of the upkeep of the cemetery and Mr. Arnold <br />Zorn to dig graves when necessary. Niayfield's share of Mr. Schwentlcer's salary <br />will be $300.00 per year. <br />Mr. Busa, reporting f or the Architectural Board,-stated that a meeting <br />was h.eld on January 28, 1966, and read the Minutes of that meeting. Mr. Busa <br />stated that the committes reviewed plans and specifications of model home <br />construction on Aintree Park Blvd., Sublot No. 17, by Ziving Homes, Inc., <br />Robert Z. Stein, President. After finding several qtiestionable points,,subject <br />plans and specifications were f ormally rejected. , <br />Mr. Shaw, reporting for the Planning and Zoning Commission, stated that <br />a meeting was held on Peb. 14, 1966, and read the NIinutes of that meeting. <br />3.
