Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Resolution No. 679 Ue <br />adopted, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mayor Bennett then read the resignation of Walter F. Yurek, Auxiliary <br />Policeman, and asked that it be accepted. <br />Mr. Susa, seconded by Mr. Mason, moved that the resignation be accepted. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. ' <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Plans for Mrs. George, Wilson Mills Road, to extend a water line were <br />discussed. Mr. Peterson said that the water line could not be extended up <br />Echo Drive because it is not a dedicated road. Mr.Peterson also told Mayor <br />Bennett that Gates Mills cannot tap in at a later date or any time. Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Walker, introduced Ordinance No.'963, entitled: <br />" An Ordinance Authorizing the Construction of a Water Main in Wilson Mills <br />Road on Property Owned by Atthur D. George, Geneva L. George and Mary Parziale." <br />Mr, Walker, seconded by Mr. Mason, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an Ordinance to be readt-on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Ordinance No. 963 be approved <br />and passed as read. <br />Roll Ca11; Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mr. John Bardou, 483 SOM Center Road, came in to discuss Ordinance No. 961 <br />concerning sewer and water connections in the Robert Neroni Subdivision #1, <br />Mr. Bardou°s main frontage is on,_SOM, but he would prefer to tie in on the side. <br />Mr. Peterson felt that this is a private matter rather than a mattei of the <br />Municipality. The Cleveland Water Department will have to decide on the place <br />of connection for the water lines f or Mr. Bardou's dwelling. Mr. Bardou would <br />like to have water connection included in the proposed Ordinance No. 961. <br />Mr. Walker, seconded by Nir. Davis, moved that Ordinance #961 be tabledo <br />4.
