Mayor Bennett read a letter f rom Mrs. Robert Hahn thanking the Fire Department for their prompt actiott when her car caught on fire. Mayor Campbell, Police Chief Thomas, and Fire Chief Schumaker of Willoughty Hills thanked the Fire Department and the Police Department for their held in the recent search f or the Klunder boy. . . , - Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Resolution #703, entitled: "A Resolution to Cancel Assessments on Parce1;831-3895 on Seneca Drive", which Resolution was read to Council. Mr. Sloan, seconded by Ms. Mason; moved that the rules of law requiring a resol.ution to be read on three separate vccasions be suspended. _ Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan and Davis. Nays - None. Motion carried Rules Suspended Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Resolution No. 703 be approved and passed as read. . Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan and Davis. Nays - None. Motion carried Resolution Passed Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Busa, introduced Ordinance #993, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 887 by Adding Section 2(a) Requiring,a Bond of the Clerk of the Mayor's Court and Town Hall Clark", which ordinance was read to Council. Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Mason, moved that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
