Council recessed for ten minutes. <br />Mayos Bennett announced the calendar of events for the f ollowing month. <br />Fire Department - Fire Chief Hejcl <br />New equipment truck is in service. <br />Police Department - Police Chief Shortlem <br />•Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Busa, introduced Ordinance No, 995, entitled: <br />"An Ordinance to Accept the Bid of Newman Pontiac, Inc. f or the Purchase of a <br />Police Station Wagon", which ordinance was read to Council. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Busa, moved that•the rule of law requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan and Davis. <br />Nays - None. . <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Mason, seconded bq Mr. Davis, moved that Ordinance No. 995 be approved <br />and passed as read. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Friedman, representing the Aintree Park Development Co., asked f or <br />the approval of Plat #3. Mr, Edelman stated that it had been approved by the <br />Engineer and Planning and Zoning Commission. A maintenance bond of $33,860.48 <br />was presented from Guy Trinetti and Sons. Mr. Freidan and Frank L. Woodruff <br />and Associate have submitted plans f or re-designing Derby Drive and Aintree <br />Park Drive. <br />Mr. Mason stated that he would not vote in favor of any legislation until <br />the present situation is corrected. <br />Mr. Busa would like to hear the drilling results of Herron and Testing <br />Iab s . I <br />Mr. Weiss said they have a report that was filed with them. No indication <br />of any failuse. <br />Mr. Freidman authorizes the submitting of the report to Council. <br />Mayor Bennett asked Mr. D'Agostino to report on the refusal of building <br />permits because of septic tank plans. <br />Mr. Freidman had plans drawn, taken to Sanitation Engineer, and has <br />gotten approval today. <br />7.
