Mr. Mason, s.econded by Mr. Walker, moved that Ordinance No. 1030 be <br />approved and passed as read. <br />1to11 Call: Ayes - Messrs S1oan, Busa, Glalker, Mason, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Walker, seconded by Mr. Busa, introduced Resolution No. 712, entitled; <br />"An Energency Resolution Requesting the Fiscal Officer to Certify to Council <br />his Conclusions as to,the Estimated Life of the Improvements Proposed to be <br />Constructed from the Proceeds of Bonds Proposed to,be Executed and Also to <br />Certify the Maximum Maturity of such Bonds in Accordance with Revised Code <br />Section 113.21 and the Maximum Maturity of the Note Issued in Anticipation of <br />Such Bonds.°' <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Busa, moved that the rules of law requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended: <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Niessrs Sloan, Busa, Walker, Mason, Schmidt and Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried <br />. ,• Rules Suspended <br />Mr, tiJalker, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Resolution No. 712 be <br />approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes -.Niessrs Sloan, Busa, Walker, Piason, Schmidt & Davis,. <br />Nays - None. • <br />Motion?carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />The Clerk-Treasurer then filed a communication certifying the estimated <br />life of the improvements and the maximum maturity of the note and bond proposed <br />to be issued in anticipation of the levy of special assessments f or the improve- <br />ment of Ridgebury Boulevard by the construction of a sidewalk. <br />, Mt. Mason, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the Clerk-Treasurer's <br />certif icate be accepted and f iled. <br />, , . , .. , . . <br />.
