Said note shall bear interest at the <br />rate of 3.2 per cent per annum payable at maturity or redemption. <br />Said note is issued in accordance with Ordinance No.-1031 of the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio, passed September 18,.1967, under authority of the laws of the <br />State of Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for improving the <br />Northerly side of Ridgebury Boulevard by the construction of a sidewalk and <br />appurtenances: -The Clerlc-Treasurer received the Offer of Purchase of a Special Assessment <br />Note of the Village of Mayfield in the amount of $2,250.00 and: accepted, the <br />offer to purchase all of said note on behalf of the Special Assessment Bond <br />Retirement Fund of the Village of Mayfielde <br />The Clerk-Treasurer read two bids for a new police car: <br />1.
